As part of it's policy, Herald Maritime Services ensures that all it's staff undergo relevant upgrading and revalidation courses as required under STCW convention. In this context Herald Maritime Services, as a member of the Foreign Owners Representation & Ship Managers Association (FOSMA) plays an active part in contributing financially and materially towards quality training of seafarers in India.
